b) Nomination preparation
Please remember to check the eligibility criteria for the graduates as well as the submission guidelines before you begin your nomination. We encourage you to submit supporting documentation such as newspaper articles, certificates and personal references with your nomination. All documentation submitted with your nomination is kept confidential and will be retained by the University, so please do not send original copies. The award program attracts a number of high calibre nominations and we therefore recommend, where possible, that you keep your nomination confidential from the nominee to avoid disappointment. c) The graduation dinner
During the graduating class dinner we will be recognizing and awarding the alumni who their profile matches your nominations.
