Daystar University operates from three locations: the main campus in Athi River, the Nairobi campus and the Mombasa campus.

Athi River Campus - Main Campus

Daystar University, Athi River campus, is situated on the edge of the Athi plains on the slopes of the Lukenya Hills, approximately 39 kilometres from the city of Nairobi and 12 kilometres from Mavoko Town (Athi River). 

Most of the Daystar undergraduates take their classes at this campus, which has boarding facilities, including the newly-completed hostel for ladies whose development and construction was driven by Daystar University Parents Association.

The campus, which is on a 300-acre piece of land, is connected to the main Mombasa Road by a 5-kilometre all-weather murram road.  The campus water supply comes from the EPZ and the Nol Turesh water pipelines, and is supplemented by two boreholes.
