Daystar University Mombasa Campus was launched on 4th August 2009. The Mombasa Campus is located at Apollo House, Moi Avenue (Opposite Canon Towers).

The Campus provides courses in the pre-university programme, undergraduate programme, Bachelor of Arts - Bible, Bachelor of Arts - Communication, Bachelor of Arts - Psychology, Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts - Community Development.

The campus also offers courses in Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Communication, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in the postgraduate programme and courses in the Institute of Christian Ministries and Training (ICMT) programme.
