Prof. Michael Bowen appointed Director at Capital Markets Authority

The Cabinet Secretary to the National Treasury and Economic Planning, Prof. Njuguna Ndungu has appointed Prof. Michael Bowen as a Director at Capital Markets Authority (CMA) for a period of three years, with effect from February 24, 2023.
The Principal Nairobi Campus Prof. Michael Bowen was recently appointed Director on the Board of Capital Markets Authority.
The appointment was announced by the Cabinet Secretary of the National Treasury and Economic Planning, Prof. Njuguna Ndungu, on 20th February 2023, vide The Capital Markets Act (Cap 485A). The appointment is for a period of three years, effective from 24th February 2023.
Prof. Bowen is the Principal of Daystar University Nairobi Campus and an Associate Professor of Environmental Economics. He also teaches in the School of Business & Economics at Daystar University.
