A Welcome Note From The University Library to All New Students
I take this opportunity to welcome you to Daystar University Library. I assure you that you have made the right choice to Join Daystar University.
The Daystar University Library is equipped with sufficient, relevant, and quality information resources. With qualified staff, ready to give you all the support you need through your academic journey.
We have two physical Libraries: Agape Library at the Main Campus (Athi River) and Nairobi Campus Library. Daystar Library is fully automated and networked therefore, you can access the resources we have in any of our Libraries without necessarily coming physically to the Library.
Moreover, we have an Online Library, fully equipped with academic online full-text books and journals. You can access the Online Library from whichever corner of the globe you may be in. Once you are a fully registered student, we will give you access credentials to this Online Library.
Also available is an Online Repository for Daystar University’s past exam papers and theses and dissertations by the University’s graduates.
In both libraries, we have sufficient space for personal study and group discussions. I urge you to make use of these facilities.
Please join the Library orientation this Thursday, 26th August 2021, during which we will give you information on how you can access and benefit from these resources.
