Daystar University Falcons Handball Team leave the country for Oran, Algeria, with the Kenya Junior team, to represent the country in the Africa Cup of Nations 6th -14th September,2025.
[Athi River: Sept 4, 2025] Four Daystar University Falcons Handball Team left the country today for Oran, Algeria, with the Kenya Junior team, to represent the country in the Africa Cup of Nations that starts on 6th to 14th September. The four include Esther Nangami, Peace Simiyu, Mary Ooko and Lavind Ngoni who is also the captain of the team. We congratulate the Falcons Handball Team and wish them well as they serve the nation.
On Saturday 6th September, the Kenya Junior Handball Team faced Algeria in Group B match played from 6:00pm (8:00pm Kenyan time). Daystar Falcons members in the line included Lavinda Ngoni, (9), Esther Nangami (10), and Peace Simiyu (21).
