The Director of Daystar Leadership and Professional Development Institute (DLPDI) Prof. Abraham Waithima was selected to participate in a panel discussion at the Conference on Strengthening Equitable Access to Quality Higher Education in the Post-Pandemic Environment on 30 and 31st March 2023 in Mombasa .
The conference organized by Partnership for African Social and Governance Research brought together various players in the higher education sector.
Prof. Waithima shared his findings of a regional study he undertook to assess the impact COVID-19 has had on the higher education sector in EAC.
Prof Waithima's study was funded by the Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) and Education Sub-Saharan Africa (ESSA).
