Mrs. Rose Ngara-Muraya is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Kenya Institute of Public Policy Research and Advocacy (KIPPRA). Mrs. Muraya holds an Executive MBA from the Management University of Africa, M.A (Economics) degree from York University Canada, and a BA (Economics) degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a PhD candidate in Entrepreneurship at Moi University and has served in various capacities in the Government of Kenya, United Nations, and other institutions of higher learning.
