Daystar University Holds January Semester Prayer Day
The January 2020 semester prayer day took place on January 30, 2020 at both Athi River and Nairobi Campuses. The normal activities at the University were put on hold as staff, Faculty and students came together to seek God’s direction for the new semester. At Athi River campus, Rev. Josphat Musili, the resident Chaplain Athi River campus welcomed and introduced the guest speaker, Rev. Robin Mulunda from CITAM Athi River Assembly.
Acorn Holdings Limited Donates 4,000 tree seedlings to Daystar
On 22nd October, the Vice-chancellor, Prof. Laban Ayiro received 4,000 tree seedlings from the Chief Operating Officer of Arcon Holdings Limited Mr. Peter Njenga, toward the University’s tree planting initiative. The presentation took place at the Main Campus, Athi River.
DLPDI Holds the Second Entrepreneurship Training
On his part, Dr. Nzyuko encouraged the participants to scan the business environment to understand and act appropriately. “Enterprise without wisdom is not suitable,†he advised.
