Biography

I have over 16 years working experience in Management and leadership in private Institutions of higher Learning having worked as the Deputy University Registrar -Daystar University, Director, Quality Assurance Management University of Africa (MUA) ,Ag. Registrar-ARSA MUA, Director Examination MUA , Chief Manager Branch Services/Examination The Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Branch Manager KIM Nakuru, Eldoret and Nairobi .

I’am a Peer- Reviewer on Quality for the Commission for University Education in Kenya (CUE).
An Associate Member of Institute of Human Resource (
IHRM), Full member of The Kenya Institute of Management (MKIM),

A trainer in Leadership & Management, Human Resource Consultant and an academician. Dinah also has a wealth of experience and expertise on Human Resources practices, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Development, Examination management and administration, curriculum development, Research, Quality Assurance, Job evaluation, risk management, strategic planning, change management, health and safety and Budgeting skills. I have taught and supervised students in various Universities and I ’am a trained Auditor in ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management Systems (QMS).

PhD in Human Resource Management- Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) graduated in November 2016.

Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) / equivalent to HRM, University of Pune, India, and 1994 – 1996.
