Biography

I am a holder of Ph.D, LLM, both in International Law, and Post graduate diploma in law and Human Resource Management from the Kenya School of Law and diploma in Journalism from Peoples Friendship University. I have taught law and been in administration in various universities, since 2005 to the present. During which time I have been head of Departments, including Dean at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. I have been a resource person for the Commission of University Education (CUE). I have also developed several curricula for law schools. I have been a board member of the Council of Legal Education (CLE), chairing the Education Committee and subsequently the Finance and General Purposes

Committee. Board Member of several schools. I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Admitted to the Bar in 2003, specializing in Labour and Sports Law. A partner at Agan & Associates and at SNOLEGAL a

Senior Strategic Advisor – Legal Practice Adjunct Counsel – Sports,

Elections & Anti - Doping Litigation. I am a member of inter alia; the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, the Institute of Internal auditors. I am a co author with the late Professor Joseph Nyasani of Latin Terms and Maxims, Contextualized in Court Cases, 2014, Law Africa and author of Public International Law, 2021, Dotline Graphics.

Promotion, respect and protection of international human rights and humanitarian laws with special interest on the legal framework and practice and comparative analysis of the same focusing on the domestication of international human rights and humanitarian law instruments.
