Biography

I am working at Daystar University as a Lecturer in Business and Management disciplines. Administratively, I have worked as an Exam Officer handling all exam related issues at the School level. 

I have skills in the area of Leadership and Management, research methods, strategic planning and management, organizational capacity building, team building, decision making & problem solving, research and report writing, trainer of entrepreneurs (starters), proposal and thesis writing, computer literacy and using ICT in teaching instruction 

I am also a leading consultant in Research, Organizational Leadership and Performance. I am an experienced trainer, business and human capability development specialist, management and leadership consultant well versed with both strategic, leadership and management aspects. I have undertaken continuous learning and training to enhance my skills and enormous experience in people, organizational development and culture as well as private and public partnerships.
