Daystar University is an inter-denominational Christian Educational institution established in 1967 to provide Christian based higher education training and research for the expansion of God’s Kingdom.
The University is working towards improving its recreational facilities in Athi River campus. In pursuit of this endeavor, we intent to refurbish equipment at Doulos recreational site in Athi River Campus. We are therefore inviting qualified contractors who have handled similar works to submit their bids for consideration as per the following guideline;

Section 2: Mandatory requirements documents to be submitted with tender bid
We expect your firms to submit the mandatory documents as indicated below;
a) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
b) Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
c) Copies of contracts/LPOs for contracts undertaken in the last 10 years that are relevant to the work.
d) Copies of registration certificate from relevant professional/regulatory bodies.
e) Supervisory Personnel - Evidence of key technical personnel and relevant qualification attained.
f) Experience – Provide at least (3) names and address of firms whom you have done business with, nature and value of contract and the number of years in operation.
Additionally, to enable us to understand your company, we request that you provide a brief profile of your company.
SECTION 3: Bids submission instruction
Prices quoted shall be net inclusive of all taxes, operational and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings.
Completed bid documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked RFQ 141122 and should be deposited in the Tender box provided at Daystar University, Athi river campus to be received on or before Friday 2nd December, 2022 at 2.00 pm.
